Refund Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This policy provides the general framework for refunds, returns, cancellations, and order concerns. When a product or service displays specific terms before purchase, those product-specific terms form part of the purchase conditions and should be reviewed before checkout.

Digital downloads

Digital products may be delivered immediately or provide immediate access. Eligibility for a refund will follow the terms displayed with the applicable product and any rights required by law. Customers should review the description, format, compatibility information, and license terms before purchasing.

Courses, memberships, and subscriptions

Any paid course, membership, or subscription will display applicable billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, access, and refund information before purchase. Cancellation stops future billing according to the stated terms but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period unless the offer states otherwise or applicable law requires it.

Physical products

For physical merchandise, the applicable product or checkout information will identify any return window, eligible condition, exclusions, shipping responsibilities, and instructions. Items that are personalized, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise excluded by the stated terms may not qualify for return except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If a physical order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact the House promptly with the order details and information reasonably needed to review the issue. Available remedies may depend on the item, fulfillment provider, evidence, timing, and applicable law.

Services and appointments

If paid services or appointments are offered, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show terms will be presented with the applicable booking or service information.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact the House promptly if you believe a duplicate charge or unauthorized transaction appears on your payment method. Payment providers and financial institutions may also maintain separate dispute and fraud procedures.

How to request assistance

Use the Contact page and include enough information to locate the order, such as the purchaser name, order reference, product or service, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit non-waivable consumer rights that apply under governing law.
