Communications Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This policy explains how The House of Empire.SH LLC handles optional marketing communications and necessary service messages. Marketing enrollment is permission-based and is kept separate from transactional, security, account, or order-related communications where applicable.

Email communications

Marketing email is sent to recipients who have provided the required permission or where another lawful basis applies. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribe requests are processed through the applicable email provider and should stop future optional marketing messages to that address, subject to reasonable processing time.

Text-message program

When a person voluntarily enrolls in text updates, The House of Empire.SH may send recurring informational or promotional messages related to educational resources, collections, releases, offers, and announcements. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent

SMS consent is collected separately from email consent. Providing a mobile number does not automatically enroll a person in marketing texts unless clear consent is also provided. Marketing-text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out and help

Where supported by the active messaging provider, recipients may reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts and HELP for help. After an opt-out request is processed, optional marketing texts should stop unless the recipient later provides new valid consent.

Consent records and preferences

The House may retain appropriate records of communication preferences and consent, including the contact information provided, enrollment source, consent language, and available timestamps or provider records. These records support preference management, suppression, security, and compliance.

Transactional and service messages

Receipts, order updates, account notices, security alerts, appointment or service communications, and other necessary messages may be handled separately from optional marketing where permitted. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop communications needed to complete or support a transaction, account, or requested service.

Third-party providers

Email, text, calling, and related communication functions may be delivered through third-party service providers. Those providers may process contact information, consent data, message-delivery information, and related records on behalf of The House according to applicable agreements, privacy practices, and legal requirements.

Privacy

Information collected for communications is handled according to the Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their own independent marketing.
